As a professional shoe manufacturer since 2001, our factory has developed extensive experience in sneaker production. From Design to Production

Sneaker production begins long before the shoes reach the production line. Our development team works with customers on styles, materials, colors, specifications, and samples to make sure the final product meets their requirements.

Once the design and sample are approved, production moves through several key stages:

1. Material Preparation
Upper materials, mesh, woven fabrics, synthetic leather, rubber, EVA and other components are prepared and checked before production.

2. Cutting & Upper Preparation
Materials are accurately cut according to the shoe patterns. Different components are then prepared for stitching and assembly.

3. Stitching & Upper Assembly
Skilled workers sew and assemble the various upper components. Attention to stitching, shape, symmetry and workmanship is essential at this stage.

4. Sole Preparation & Assembly
The upper is combined with the outsole through the appropriate production process. Proper positioning and bonding are important for both appearance and durability.

5. Finishing & Quality Inspection
Every pair goes through finishing and inspection. Workers check details such as stitching, glue marks, shape, color consistency, sole attachment and overall appearance.

6. Packing & Shipment
After final inspection, finished sneakers are packed and prepared for shipment to customers in overseas markets.
